This charming Darlinghurst café is definitely putting it's best foot forward! Upon arrival I knew this eclectic wild west styled breakfast hotspot would be a treat to the eyes. Let your eyes slowly sweep the interior, everywhere you look there'll be something new to discover. Be warned, the inside of the café is not the most spacious but it certainty adds the deliciously cozy feels! On a sunny day you also have the option to bask in the golden rays out front.

It is a small operation, but very efficient. The staff are operating at double the speed to ensure your time with them is tip top. Their big smiles match the happy and healthy vibe. Along side the service team, the Barista is busy extracting every Sydney siders dream shot from the house blend roasted by Baily Coffee in North Melbourne. Eager to cater to your every need, order what ever pleases the soul because they'll have it and it'll taste good!

Depending on your plans you can enjoy a cruisy lunch or grab something to go. The café is abuzz with both type of customers. We were meeting a few friend here, so as you can imagine we opted to immerse ourselves in the sights and smells for a while.

We order a few healthy brunch options as listed below to feed the mind, body and soul... which of course was accompanied by the liquid of life, coffee. When our food arrived everything looked like a total work of art and so incredibly vibrant. Better still, the eggs were cooked perfectly (runny yolk & cooked white), the vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the toast just the right thickness. You could see and taste the love that went into each dish.
